Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing surgery under combined spinal epidural anaesthesia belonging to ASA physical status 1,2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who deny informed consent patients with history of lumbar spine surgery allergy to local anaesthetics coagulation abnormalities suspected infection at local site pregnancy ASA physical status 3,4,5 covid positive patients
