Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having unilateral inguinal hernia repair of ASA grade 1&2 and BMI between 18-35kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patient refusal 2. ASA grade 3&4 3.bleeding disorders 4.local infection 5. Allergic to local anesthetics 6.chronic systemic illness 7.pregnancy 8.opiod addiction 9. Recurrent inguinal hernia
