Inclusion criteria: 1. Primigravid post-caesarean mothers with term new born

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Primigravid mother with deep vein thrombosis 2. Primigravid mother with baby in NICU 3. Post caesarean mothers with breast feeding problems like cracked nipples, inverted nipple, flat nipple, and breast engorgement
