Intervention1: Biofeedback: Participants resonance breathing rate frequency will be determined as per the HRV biofeedback protocol and they will be asked to breathe at their personal resonance frequen

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Medical students with total PSQI score =5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medical students with Obesity, Hypertension or diabetes mellitus or any other chronic medical or surgical illness
