Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with deliberate self-harm (15-29yers)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if they: 1) are currently receiving psychological treatment, 2) have prior experience of Mindfulness, 3) intellectual impairment, 4) not cooperative due to severe illness of any kind, not giving consent
