Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female Participants of Perimenopausal to Menopausal Age Group . Participants Presenting with Signs and Symptoms of Cervical Spondylosis. X-Ray Grading, I to IV According to Kellgren –Lawrence Classification.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with Serious Systemic Ailments Such as Metabolic and Neurological Disorders. Participants Under other Medications for the Same Complaints Including Estrogen Therapy. Participants Taken Steroids Injection in Past 1 Month. Participants with immunocompromised state like cancer. Participants with cognitive impairment.
