Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from signs and symptoms of Sthaulya as per classics BMI more than 25 kg/m2 and less than 40 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women and Lactating mothers. Obesity due to secondary causes like endocrine diseases, CNS diseases etc. Known cases of uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension who are under regular medications. Patients diagnosed with other major systemic diseases such as TB,AIDS,IHD,Cancer and Renal anomalies.
