Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with thrombotic microangiopathy and its causes will be recruited after taking consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: secondary causes related to pregnancy will and age less than 18 yrs will be excluded
