Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study involves observation of complications of Total Intravenous Anaesthesia in paediatric patients of 0 to 12years of age electively posted for MRI studies under sedation belonging to ASA 1 and ASA 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal 2 Age more than 12 years 3.Difficult airway and craniofacial anomalies 4 Severe cardiac and pulmonary pathology 5 Raised intracranial pressure 6 Status epilepticus 7 Cases requiring endotracheal intubation 8 Drug allergy to Propofol,Fentanyl,Midazolam,Ketamine,Dexmedetomidine 9 History of adverse events during previous procedures under TIVA 10 Full stomach 11 Bowel obstruction 12 GCS less than 8 13 History of neuromuscular disorders 15 Brain stem tumours 16 ASA 3 and 4
