Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children between 2 years and 18 years of age with SeLFEs caregiver giving consent for participation caregiver willing for follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with Epilepsies other than SeLFEs caregiver not giving consent children with known allergies to Oxcarbazepine or Brivaracetam past history of renal impairment, SJS, psychosis or suicidal ideation.
