Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Histologically proven cases of primary cervical cancers. Stage I to IV Karnofsky’s performance more than 70 ECOG 0 to 2 Hb more than 8.0 gm/dL Total count more than 4000 cells/ml Platelet count more than 100000 cells/ml Serum creatinine less than 1.0mg/ml Liver enzymes up to 1.5 times normal Bilirubin less than 1.0mg/ml

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: acid peptic disease Pregnancy and ongoing lactation Unwilling to participat NSAID allergy Asthma, rhinitis and nasal polyps Viral fever Use of other blood thinners Bleeding/blood-clotting disorders (such as hemophilia, vitamin K deficiency, low platelet count) pyruvate kinase or G6PD deficiency Patients receiving mifepristone, acetazolamide, corticosteroids, dichlorphenamide, methotrexate, valproic acid Recent anti-viral vaccines
