Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to III Adult Age group- 18 to 75 years old Operative site at the elbow, forearm, wrist or hand

To study the efficacy of Intertruncal Vs Classical Approach of Supraclavicular Brachial Plexus Block for upper extremity surgery in a sample size of 60Timepoint: To determine the onset of sensory and motor block in 5,10,15,20 ,25 and 30 minutes

MeasureTime frame
To compare total duration of sensory and motor blockade between the two groups.Timepoint: total duration measured in minutes for every 5mins after the block
