Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in age group between 19 to 35. Both Gender. All cases of suicidal ideation under domain of Neurotic, stress-related and somatoform disorder (ICD-10, F40 – F48). Patients who have suicidal ideation for at least 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases not coming under domain of Neurotic, stress-related and somatoform disorder (ICD-10, F40 – F48). Patients who have attempted suicide will be excluded. Females who are pregnant or in lactating phase. Patient under the influence of psycho-active substances. Prolonged/Severe systemic disorders.

A reduction in score of The Modified Scale for Suicide Ideation is expected post Homoeopathic treatment.Timepoint: 15 Months study 6 months enrolment 6 months Follow up 3 months of statistical analysis and result Modified Scale for Suicide Ideation to be used at Baseline, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks till 6 months.
