Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals of either gender ranging between 30 to 60 years of age. 2.The skin fold thickness in individuals body fat is less than 33 percentage in females 26 percentage in males

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individual below 30 and above 60 years of age 2.Person with any abdominal surgery 3.Obesity 4.The skin fold thickness in individuals body fat is more than 33 percentage in females 26 percentage in males
