Inclusion criteria: BMD: T-score = –2.5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Skeletally immature patients, Compound injuries, BMD: T-score = -2.5

To compare functional outcome of intertrochanteric femur fracture treated by Trochanter femur nailing cement-augmentation and non- cement augmentation Trochanteric femur nail by using VAS score and Harris Hip Score at 2 weeks, 6 weeks and 6 monthsTimepoint: To compare functional outcome of intertrochanteric femur fracture treated by Trochanter femur nailing cement-augmentation and non- cement augmentation Trochanteric femur nail by using VAS score and Harris Hip Score at 2 weeks, 6 weeks and 6 months

1. Pain assessment by VAS score - 2 weeks, 6 weeks and 6 months. 2. Infection: assessment by ESR, CRP, CBC - 2 weeks, 6 weeks and 3 months. 3. Fracture follow up by X-Ray at 2 weeks, 6 weeks and at 3 months, and Computed tomography scan at 3 months. To assess callus formation and union.Timepoint: 2 weeks, 6 weeks and 6 months
