Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient meeting the criteria of Nephrotic Syndrome N04.0 as mentioned in ICD-10 classification. Patients of Idiopathic Nephrotic Syndrome (diagnostic criteria as per Indian Society of Pediatric Nephrology (ISPN) 2021 guideline. Patients diagnosed with Steroid Sensitive Nephrotic Syndrome. Pediatric population 6-16 years of age irrespective of the sex. Written informed consent obtained from the subject’s parents/guardians and written assent obtained from subject (where age appropriate).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient less than 6 or more than 16 years of age Patient suffering from steroid resistant nephrotic syndrome Patients diagnosed with nephritic syndrome or IgA nephropathy. Patient suffering from ascites, pleural effusion and pericardial effusion. Patients suffering from serious infections such as pyelonephritis, pneumonia, any other respiratory infections.
