Intervention1: 1.2 % Atorvastatin with PRF: 1.2 % Atorvastatin gel, at once as local delivery with leukocyte platelet rich fibrin growth membrane in treatment of intrabony defects in patients sufferin

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects aged between 20-55 years with minimum of 20 permanent teeth,Periodontal pocket depth exceeding 5mm, Clinical attachment loss of more than 3mm , Radiographic evidence of intra osseous defect

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemically compromised subjects, those on medications (corticosteroids/ bisphosphonate therapy) that may interfere with wound healing, Grade II and III mobile teeth, Smokers, pregnant and lactating mothers, Subjects who underwent any periodontal treatment within a period of 1 year
