Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Usg diagnosed Presence of any of uterine fibroids symptoms Participant on (OCP) will be added after washout period of 1 month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe uterine bleeding and severe anemia Extrauterine fibroids and malignancy of genito urinary tract Menopausal females Pregnant and lactating mothers
