Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with culture positive Carbapenem resistant Acinetobacter baumanii infections.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Treatment is not with the intent to cure the infection (that is, palliative care is an exclusion). 2)Pregnancy or breast-feeding. 3)Polymicrobial infections 4)Patients requiring more than 2 weeks of antibiotics (Infective endocarditis, undrainable abscess, or intra-abdominal collections)
