Inclusion criteria: All patients with malignancy will be eligible for participation in the study provided they give consent for participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non malignant cases will be excluded

Association of Secreted frizzled related protein 4 with cancer prognosisTimepoint: At diagnosis, immediately after treatment, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months and after 2 years. Follow up for each malignancy will be as per the standard protocol and no extra follow up will be done for study purpose unless clinically indicated.
