Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy individual aging between 20-30 years. 2.Both male and female gender will be included. 3.Players who are practicing badminton from at least 2 years. 4.Players practicing at least 3 days/ week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of any recent injury or recent surgery. 2.Players currently taking any kind of medication or steroids. 3.Uncooperative players. 4.Any history of neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary or psychological disorders. 5.Players involved in other games along with badminton or recreational players.
