Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease patients No medication changed for previous 3 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with musculoskeletal and neurological diseases that could affect exercise performance Symptomatic heart disease Malignant disease Acute exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease patients Who had undergone lung surgery Non-cooperative patients

Arm strength training may expected to decrease dyspnea and arm fatigue perception during supported arm exercises (ARM ERGOMETER) in COPD patients. It may produce functional improvement in daily activities.Timepoint: 8 weeks
