Intervention1: Tranexamic acid: Tranexamic acid is an antifibrinolytic agent it works by blocking the breaking down of clots. Injectable tranexamic acid 1 gm intravenous after the delivery of fetus.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Scheduled or unscheduled cesarean delivery of all age groups and partiy Singleton or twin gestation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe medical and surgical complications History of allergy to tranexamic acid History of thrombi-embolic disorders. Antenatal complications like, abnormal placenta placenta-previa, placenta abruption, adherent placenta, severe preeclampsia, Multiple pregnancies, macrosomia, polyhydramnios, Fibroid uterus or gynecological disorders complicating pregnancy.
