Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult males in the age group of 20-40 years working in a PVC factory for at least 1 year will be recruited for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with the following conditions will be excluded: 1 Any chronic illness. 2 On any medication. 3 Already performing breathing exercises or any other deep breathing exercises.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Change in lung function parameters.Timepoint: 3 months
