Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with ASA grade I and II aged between 18 to 60 years of age Undergoing head and neck cancer surgery with free tissue transfer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal patient on beta blocker therapy Patient with coronary Artery disease Patient with CKD Patient with Neuromuscular Disorders Patient with prolonged QTc patient with history of drug abuse Patients with arrhythmias
