Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group: 25 to 45 years. 2. Participants working in manufacturing industry involved in mechanical work. 3. Workers quantifying their Mechanical low back pain on Visual Analogue Scale for more than 2 points. 4. Oswestry low back disability questionnaire score in the range of 5-34. 5. Subjects willing to participate and giving a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Low back pain due to any cause other than mechanical lifting such as trauma, fractures, malignancy etc. 2. Individuals with desktop work in the factory.
