Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to participate in the study Patients satisfying the diagnostic criteria of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus as per HEARTS D Module and World NCD Federation guidelines
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients unwilling to participate in the study Patients with Type 1 Diabetes Pre-diabetes Patients on Insulin
