Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Fit to undergo shodhana. 2.Sneharah [Fit for Snehapana]. 3. Age between 21 – 60 years. 4.Gender: Irrespectively both genders will be considered for the study. 5.Those who are willing to participate in the study with written informed consent. 6.Apparently Healthy volunteers willing to undergo Vamana or Virechana for wellness purposes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindicated for Shodhana,Snehpana. 2.Pregnant and lactating women. 3.Chronic systemic illnesses.
