Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To know The utility of phenotypic method and Genotypic Methods in detecting Carbapenem-resistance in Acinetobacter baumannii. Carbapenemase gene prevalence in Acinetobacterbaumannii. 2.To know the antibiotic resistance pattern of Carbapenem resistance in Acinetobacter baumannii in our area. This will help to institute appropriate empirical treatment. Timepoint: Assessments will be done at 8 weeks.
