Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants included will be: Ante Natal females in 2nd an d 3rd trimester. Age 18 to 34 yrs. Participants are aware of telecommunication technology such as video conferencing or telephone meeting, 4 .audio call or video call to facilitate management of patients within their own homes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants excluded will be: High Risk of Pregnancy. -Higher-order multiple pregnancies (e.g., twins, triplets etc.) Uncontrolled high blood pressure, Uncontrolled type 1 or type 2 diabetes Uncontrolled thyroid disease -Other serious cardiovascular, respiratory or systemic disorders
