Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects willing to participate in the study. 2. Not participating in another research. 3. Free from musculoskeletal injury that will affect their compliance to participate. 4. Age group between 18-30 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not willing to participate. 2. Any recent and unhealed fracture. 3. Any injury in past 6 month. 4. Any other neurological, cardiovascular and psychological pathology. 5. Uncooperative subject. Any history of malignancy, tuberculosis, and infective conditions.
