Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Enrolled in a college or university self reported sleep issues or interest in sleep quality improvement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: known allergies to pearl millet (bajra) Diagnosed sleep disorder or any other chronic disease having regular consumption of caffeine and stimulants

Sleep quality, measured by a validated tool like the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Timepoint: data will be collected on 1st day , 15th day ,30th day

MeasureTime frame
Sleep duration. Sleep latency. Frequency of nocturnal awakenings. Daytime sleepiness. Timepoint: data will be collected on 1st day , 15th day ,30th day
