Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are willing to participate in the study after signing the informed consent form and who meet the diagnostic criteria for functional constipation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The following subjects will be excluded: 1. Open wound or scar on abdomen 2. Recent surgery 3. Female under menstruation 4. Pregnant and lactating women 5. Volunteers with diagnosed medical conditions. 6. Patients with psychiatric disorders, IBD, fissures and fistulas, haemorrhoids, hernias, liver and lung diseases, neurological conditions like Parkinsonism, cancer, diabetes mellitus, hypothyroidism, abdominal surgeries, and familial intestine polypoid syndrome. 7. No prior history of lactose intolerance, colon cancer, herniated disc-related gastrointestinal issues, or recent stroke or cerebrovascular accident. use of analgesics or opioids throughout the preceding week.
