Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: menarche at or after 12 years Regular cycle of menstruation [25 to 30 days] Does not take analgesics Regular menstruation phase[5 to 8 days] Menstrual cycles of around 28 to 30 days for the last six months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Practicing another exercise Unable to participate in the study dur to health deviations Diagnosed with PMS Physically challenged
