Intervention1: Placement of Photofunctionalized short implants: Evaluation of secondary stability is done after placing Short implants, at baseline, 6weeks, 3 months and 6 months Control Intervention

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Single or multiple missing molars with minimum 6 months post extraction indicated for implant-supported prosthesis. Available bone height around 12mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any evidence of current or previous smoking Any systemic disease likely to compromise implant surgery Previously bone grafted bone jaws Previously irradiated jaws Severe clenching or bruxism Severe maxillomandibular skeletal discrepancy Untreated active periodontitis
