Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 to 50 Years Female Hemoglobin Range 7 to 12 gm per dl male hemoglobin Range 7 to 13 gm per dl Patients willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 and more than 50 Years Pregnant women and lactating mothers Patients with secondary anemia Aplastic anemia Genetic anemia Patients not willing to participate
