Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.American society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) I and II 2.Elective middle ear surgery under General Anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patient on anti platelet therapy 2.history of coagulation and bleeding disorder 3.BP more than 140/90mm Hg 4.heart rate more than 120bpm and less than 60bpm 5.heart block, reactive airway disease, CHF, vascular disease

quality of bloodless surgical field. The surgical site is assessed by 6 point Fromme et. al. Timepoint: intra operative period after the use of microscope in the interval every 5 minutes
