Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants with pain in low back 2.SLR test positive at 30-90 3.Participants with pain on VAS of 6 or more. 4.Participants of both sexes. 5.Participants eligible for Matra basti. 6.Patients fit for swedana therapy. 7.Participants who are willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neoplastic, road traffic accidents & infective conditions of the spine History of spinal surgery and vertebral fracture. Patients unfit for swedana therapy Patients with saamavastha Patients who cannot answer the questionnaire will be excluded Patients who will not issue written consent will be excluded
