Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.CVA equal = 50 2.Pectoral angle= 50 3.Cervical pain for more than 6 weeks (pain between the posterior part of the cervical spine and the interscapular region). 4.Cervical pain = 6 weeks had visited an orthopedic clinic.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cervical spine spondylosis 2.Fractures or cervical spinal surgeries 3.Cervical or shoulder neurological movement disorder. 4.Temporo-mandibular surgery 5.Pathological trauma 6.Whiplash injury within 3 months 7.Tumors
