Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 18-70 years of either sex Patients with intracranial aneurysms located in the anterior circulation Patients admitted to the NICU within 3 days from the day of ictus aSAH patients after securing aneurysm either surgical clipping or endovascular coiling

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal of consent Presence of one or more unsecured intracranial aneurysms History of previous cardiac illness, renal disease (serum creatinine more than 1.5 mg/dl) Iatrogenic events during therapeutic procedures leading to major vessel occlusion as diagnosed on imaging.
