Intervention1: Radiation therapy: Radiation therapy in post mastectomy breast cancer with two different guidelines and comparing the outcome Radiation dose- 26 Gy in 5 fractions once daily for 5 days

Inclusion criteria: 1.Early stage 2.Post Mastectomy 3.Irrespective of Chemotherapy 4.Irrespective of Hormone status 5.Irrespective of the focality

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusal to consent 2.Patients with breast conservation surgery 3.Late stage/ Metastatic

To compare the two contouring guidelines in terms of coverage of tumour volumes , nodal volumes and sparing of normal organs at risks and to look for acute toxicities at 4-6 weeks after treatmentTimepoint: 1 month
