Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 25-50 years 2.Either gender 3.Minimum two year of teaching experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any recent fracture, trauma, neurological conditions and other cardiopulmonary conditions 2.Any surgeries in last one year 3.Pregnant women 4.Subjects unwilling to participate
