Intervention1: Group A patients will receive topical imiquimod 5% cream: Group A patients will receive topical imiquimod 5% cream thrice weekly for 6- 10 hours for 8 weeks.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.patient of either gender 0-18yrs 2.Patients willing to give informed consent. 3.Patients willing for follow up. 4.All clinically diagnosed cases of Molluscum contagiosum, who have not taken any treatment in the past 2 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing to give informed consent. Patients more than 18years of age. Patients with secondary infection and hypersensitivity to imiquimod. Patients already on molluscum contagiosum treatment.
