Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants between age group of 18-30 years irrespective of gender, caste, religion etc. Apparently Healthy participants assessed by proforma developed by CSIR Ayurgenomics Unit- TRISUTRA, New Delhi Participants with moderate physical activity, assessed by WHO Global physical activity Questionnaire. Season- Sheet Kala (Hemant and Shishir Ritu) Participants willing to give their consent and able to participate in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons with any psychological disorders and chronic major illness i.e., Diabetes Mellitus, Thyroid disease etc. Persons suffering from chronic major GI tract disorders i.e., Ulcerative colitis, IBS etc. Pregnant and lactating women. Persons having non-Vegetarian diet. Persons with sedentary lifestyle and those having Strenuous work.

MeasureTime frame
Evidence based data of average Ahara Matra in healthy individuals will be obtained, and its association with Agni Bala will be generated through present study, which can be used to understand the clinical importance of Ahara Matra during healthy and diseased state.Timepoint: 1 year
