Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergraduate medical students aged between 18 and 25 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i) Students with a history of any psychiatric or neurological illness apart from stress, anxiety and depression. ii) Students with habits of smoking, drinking and any substance abuse. iii) Students with any chronic medical conditions iv) Students with Body Mass Index (BMI) more than 25. v) Students using any other relaxation techniques.
