Inclusion criteria: Patients Hospitalized In Kasturba Medical Hospital Consecutively For Lymphocytic Predominant Exudative Pleural Effusion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients With Transudative Pleural Effusion Patients With Neutrophilic Predominant Exudative Pleural Effusion Clinical Conditions That Increase Serum LDH(Sepsis,Cva,Hemolytic anemia,Hemolyzed samples,Hepatitis)
