Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presenting with sub-acute and chronic low back pain =1 months. Within 30-50 years of age. Willing to participate in the study. Who can comprehend and are co-operative

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary pain or low back pain associated with a range of serious conditions The presence of a severe psychiatric disorder Substance dependence, neuro-inflammatory or neurodegenerative disorders , and immune-inflammatory disorders Current use of prescribed pain medication, except non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and over-the-counter analgesics Pregnancy.
