Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: College Students Aged between 18.00 to 30.00 YRS With Musculoskeletal Pain (Shoulder Pain) Due To Smartphone Use, Travel, Ergonomics, Backpack Use.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: College Students who are below 18.00 years and above 30.00 years old with Shoulder or Back Injuries or Injured
