Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All adult patients having unanticipated cardiac arrest in hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 18 years of age 2. Critically ill patients with APACHE more than 25 3. Patients who had CPR before admission to hospital or ICU 4. Patients brought to hospital in pulseless state 5. Patients having do not resuscitate orders
