Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants: Undergraduate and graduate students from any discipline 2. Age: Between 18 and 30 years 3. Enrolment status: Currently enrolled in a college or university 4. Consent: Participants willing to provide informed consent for the study 5. Ability to comprehend English: Participants able to read and comprehend English
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The participants with major psychiatric disorders, such as severe mood disorders or major psychotic disorders will be excluded from the study based on the assessment using the MINI-International Neuropsychiatric Interview (Sheehan et al., 1998), a structured diagnostic interview instrument.
